How to protect your skin in summer!

Hi there! Welcome back to my blog. The weather is hot these days and I guess you need to know some tips to protect your skin from the sun. Sun can damage the cells of your skin that boost collagen production which makes the skin look dull so I’d mention the ways you can minimize the damage.

  • Wear your sunscreen: The most important thing is to see if your sunscreen has at least SPF 30 and remember to reapply cause sweat can rinse away your sunscreen
  • Wear UVA/UVB protected sunglasses: You can protect your skin from harmful rays
  • Try to stay in shade especially between 10 am-4 pm
  • Drink water cause dehydration turns your skin lifeless
  • Wear wide-brimmed hat
  • Use vitamin C serum between cleansing and moisturizer
  • Avoid showering in water that is too hot it can lead to eczema
